Our drift-n-move classes offer a space to just be you.
A place to reconnect with your internal stillness
and reground yourself to your own unique being.
You'll experience a combination of focus, flexibility, and a feeling of freedom.
Taken from the principles of traditional Tai Chi,
you will practice Tai Chi walking, breathing exercises, Tai Chi Drift exercises, floor flexibility
stretches and finish with some gentle relaxation time.
